-Orders are shipped via Italian post. We ship all items using standard postage. We can provide tracking numbers upon request.
-Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with Italian post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. However we will give you all the necessary information to make your claim.
-Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order has been dispatched we can not alter the address, and you will be charged the applicable postage rate to resend.

-Orders are generally recieved within 8-14days, although certain destinations may take longer.and some items can get held up in customs for longer, and unknown reasons.
Products may be returned if the customer notifies Hello Lupo via email within 5days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.
Hello Lupo is not responsible for the loss of damage of any returned item. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods to Hello Lupo, we will refund the money earned to the buyer. Hello Lupo will aim to refund the buyers payment withing 7days minus the costs of initial shipping charge.
The customer is liable for the return carriage costs. If the customer fails to return the goods they will be charged the full cost of their recovery. They are under a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned.
